A private person has applied for an environmental permit for the construction of the apartment building and for deviating from the zoning plan. The permit has been granted for the construction of twelve apartments.
It concerns six large (90-120 m2) and six small (40-70 m2) apartments on the ground floor, the first floor and on the attic floor. The complex will be located behind the detached house at Zegspoeleweg 60B, just on the edge of the pear orchard. It is not yet known when construction will start and how the procedure will proceed. We will of course keep you informed.
