TVH fully operational again: “Thanks to the hard work of all teams”
“Gradually we were able to restart more and more functionalities and since this week our e-commerce platform is also accessible again. We can say that we are almost 100% operational again,” says Isabelle Van De Voorde of TVH. “Most colleagues are indeed back to work, and everyone will be able to get back to work in the course of next week.”
The company was hit by a cyber attack in mid-March, with major consequences: “All systems for accepting orders or sending orders were inactive,” says Van De Voorde. “So we couldn’t do any business for a while. Gradually that started again, first through manual processing, but in the meantime our e-commerce platform is active again and the automatic warehouses are working again.”
