A National Women’s Basketball Team lost to Belgium 84-66 in the second match of the preparatory tournament held in Spain.
According to the statement made by the Turkish Basketball Federation, the crescent-star team preparing for the FIBA 2023 Women’s European Basketball Championship faced Belgium in the second and last match of the Cordoba City Tournament.
Closed behind 39-33 in the first half of the match held at Vista Alegre Municipal Sports Palace, the national team were defeated 84-66 on the park.
Tilbe Şenyürek scored 18 points and Sevgi Uzun scored 13 points in the National Team. In Belgium, Julie Vanloo finished the game with 20 points.
The national team lost the match against the host Spain 76-37 yesterday.
