The tsunami warning for the Philippines, Palau and Indonesia has been lifted. The tsunami warning center in Hawaii reported this a few hours after a magnitude 7.4 earthquake struck off the southern coast of the Philippines. It was previously reported that the quake had a magnitude of 7.6.
