Would be a good transfer for Hoffenheim and Posch, but I don’t think it is currently very likely.

I don’t know. Posch played mediocre in Hoffenheim for years and was always good for a big buck. In his last game for the TSG, he picked up the traffic light card in the 19th minute (!) And thus completely gambled away his loan.

After the transfer, he was replaced and established himself as a reliable regular in Bologna. In my eyes, it is not impossible that when moving to his old place of work, he immediately falls back into old patterns.

I see it a little differently. I agree with you 100% that he immediately made a different difference with us, he was an urgently needed anchor on an otherwise very bad defensive, but I think that should be seen as a natural development because he was still young than he was who left TSG. Now is Stefan 27, at the beginning of his “flowering time”.
Grds. Is very important in series A defensive behavior and he has really made a name for himself over the years that he suddenly shoots one bit after another, I cannot imagine as long as you don’t have an above -average offensive output or qualities in the Open opening.
I would like to keep Stefan as a backup because I know that I get slightly above -average defensive from him, but the technical limitations make him more and more uninterested for the team’s goals. For an association like the TSG in its current situation, however, it would be an upgrade. However, I assume that Bologna would like to have at least 7-12 million for him (the market value-friendly 10 million would be fair in my eyes) and financially I don’t know the scope of the TSG. Maybe you know more?
