Jacob Bruun Larsen is expected to leave TSG Hoffenheim. According to “Sky”, the 26-year-old offensive player has reached an agreement with VfB Stuttgart about a transfer this winter. The Dane’s contract expires next summer, so the Kraichgauers could only receive a transfer fee in January.

While there is already agreement between Bruun Larsen and VfB – a contract until 2027 with an option for a further year has already been negotiated – the transfer modalities still need to be clarified, according to the report. An amount in the market value range of 6 million euros is unlikely to be achieved six months before the end of the contract. Nevertheless, we are well on the way to realizing the transfer.
Bruun Larsen would meet former coach Sebastian Hoeneß in Stuttgart, under whom he played 31 games (5 goals, 2 assists) for Hoffenheim between 2020 and 2022. Only Vincent Kompany (RSC Anderlecht and FC Burnley) and Lucien Favre (Borussia Dortmund) were right-footed on the field more often in the men’s division (statistics). This season, Bruun Larsen has played 19 games in which he contributed two goals and two assists.
