Defender Ozan Kabak can hope for his starting XI debut in the TSG Hoffenheim shirt after leaving FC Schalke 04.
“Ozan showed his worth with his headed goal in the cup,” said TSG coach André Breitenreiter before the away game at Borussia Mönchengladbach on Saturday (3:30 p.m. / Sky): “He has a good chance to start.”
Kabak “made a good impression in training” all week, said Breitenreiter. The decision will only be made after the last training session on Friday.
In Gladbach, his team needs a “top performance” because the foals have a lot of “individual quality”. It will be a “very interesting game,” said the 48-year-old.
