Trump Media & Technology Group, the Trump family’s media company that also includes the social network Truth Social, will merge with TAE Technologies, a company that pioneers the field of nuclear fusion. Both companies announced this on Thursday. The deal values the new company at 6 billion dollars (5.11 billion euros). The merger should be completed by the middle of next year, provided shareholders and regulators give their consent.
