Washington (dpa-AfX)-US President Donald Trump has described the protests against his migration policy in Los Angeles as a “fully developed attack on peace, public order and our national sovereignty”. The demonstrators are “rioters with foreign flags, with the aim of continuing a foreign invasion in our country,” Trump said at the Fort Bragg military base in the US state of North Carolina.
In Los Angeles, people have been demonstrating to Trump’s hard migration course for days. The US government has therefore now sent 4,000 soldiers from the National Guard and 700 marine fans of the regular armed forces into the Los Angeles area-against the will of the governor of the state on the US west coast, Gavin Newsom.
Trump continued: “We will use all the funds available to us to end violence and to restore law and order immediately.” You won’t be waiting for several days to call a governor who will never call.
