In an illegally parked truck in Breda, the police discovered 41.5 kilos of cannabis on Saturday morning. Boas had gone to the Antiloopstraat after a report of parking nuisance.
The rented truck was parked in front of an exit. The owner of the truck was then called. When he arrived and opened the truck, several bags of hemp appeared to be in the cargo area. The police were then called.
Tenant arrested
The tenant of the truck, a 40-year-old man from Breda, was arrested during the day. The investigation is still ongoing.
