The British Triumph Motorcycles he unveiled the new one Tiger Sport 800 Tourbasically a hyper-accessorised and even more tourism-oriented evolution of the already stubborn traveler Tiger Sport 800 presented a year ago. Compared to the model from which it derives, the Tour therefore sports various accessories aimed at increasing its comfort and load capacity, but without affecting its technical architecture: therefore unchanged are the lively three-cylinder 798 cc and 115 HP engines, recently adopted also by the new Trident 800 launched at Eicma, and the steel trellis frame combined with the swingarm in the same material. The market debut is set for March 2026 with a list price of 14,195 euros.

1 Design

At the level of linesExcept for the additional elements, the Tiger Sport 800 Tour is understandably comparable to its standard counterpart. The sharp half-fairing with high windshield and the expertly shaped tank are the same, while the long saddle at two levels that dominates the queue is the one comfort with 3d Net technology proposed as an accessory for the basic version. To distinguish the Tour more clearly are the side cases integrated in the same color and the top boxes with backrest, capable of accommodating two helmets, as well as of course the colors Matt Cobalt Blue/Matt Sapphire Black (blue/black) e Carnival Red/Sapphire Black (red/black) reserved for you. Other innovations compared to the standard version are the hand guards and the central stand. The additional luggage increases the curb weight figure from 214 to 232kghowever, they do not change 835 mm of saddle height.

2 Motor

As already mentioned, the Triumph Tiger Sport 800 Tour has the same motor three-cylinder in-line with double camshaft distribution, 12 valves and liquid cooling brought to the debut from the basic model 12 months ago. Obviously Euro 5+ approved, it is accredited with 115 HP of power at 10,750 rpm and 84 Nm of torque at 8,500 rpm, of which at least 90% is always available in the second half of the rev counter. The 6-speed transmission is equipped with quick-shifter and multi-plate clutch while the I unload 3-in-1 is entirely made of stainless steel.

3 Cycling

Even in terms of cyclingthe technical basis of the Tour remains that of the Tiger Sport 800, only slightly revised for more wide-ranging use. The chassis tubular steel and the double-sided swingarm in pressed steel are therefore combined with a 41 mm upside-down fork adjustable for compression and rebound and a mono with preload and hydraulic response adjustment, both branded Showa. The travel therefore remains 150 mm at both ends. THE’braking system instead it enlists two radial four-piston calipers for the 310 mm front discs and a 255 mm disc at the rear. As original equipment, the wheels 17″ cast aluminum tires are fitted with versatile Michelin Road 5 tyres.

4 Equipment

On the front of equipmentin addition to what was previously mentioned, the Tiger Sport 800 Tour adds heated grips, a sturdy aluminum luggage rack for the aforementioned top boxes and the tire pressure monitoring system. The electronic package includes the three classic driving modes Rd, Sport And Rainaccelerator ride-by-wiredisengageable traction control, latest generation ABS and a mixed LCD-TFT instrumentation with high connectivity previously spotted on other models from the Hinckley house. The windscreen it is adjustable with one hand and is flanked by integrated deflectors that offer superior aerodynamic protection on long journeys.
