A man and two of his relatives were mistreated on Saturday evening at the Liberation Park on the Meerloseweg in Uden by a large group of adolescents between the ages of 15 and 18. This happened between a quarter past nine and a quarter to ten in the evening. The victims were injured in their faces and hands. A boy from Uden has been arrested.
Shortly before that, the victims and the teenagers – ten to fifteen boys on Fatbikes – had a fight at the pedestrian crossing at the bus station. The reason for this is being investigated.
An arrest
The police arrested a boy from Uden. He is fixed for further research. “But because several boys were involved in the mistreatment, we are looking for witnesses who have seen something of the abuse or maybe have images of it,” a police spokeswoman said. “We are happy to get in touch with them so that we get clear what exactly happened.”
