In the Malpie nature reserve near Valkenswaard, a man became unwell due to a wasp sting on Wednesday afternoon around 12 noon. The allergic reaction to this was so severe that many emergency services turned out.
The man was cycling with family in the nature reserve when he was stung by a wasp. After about fifty meters the man became unwell and fell to the ground.
Emergency services rushed out en masse. Two ambulances and two ambulances came to the unwell man. An air ambulance with a medical team also landed.
The man was taken to hospital by ambulance. How he is now is unknown.
