Seven days ago, a lot indicated that Kevin Trapp (34) would end the season as number two behind Kauã Santos (22) – two games later he was again number one at Eintracht Frankfurt. “I’m very sorry for chewing,” said Trapp.
Santos sustained a cruciate ligament tear in the 0-1 against Tottenham Hotspur and the associated end in the Europa League and Trapp came back from his injury break earlier than planned and shone at 0-0 in Augsburg.
