PSV thinks of old well -known Schjelderup

Amsterdam In Norway and Portugal, Andreas Schjelderup is linked to PSV as a possible attacking reinforcement after the departure of Noa Lang. It is in the concrete interest of the Italian Napoli and the transfer is expected to be completed in the short term.

The 21-year-old Schjelderup was taken over by Benfica by FC Nordsjaelland in Denmark two and a half years ago. Schjelderup, who has three international matches for Norway, is no stranger to Eindhoven. As a young player, he did an internship at PSV. At Benfica he was mainly reserve this season, although he came to 40 duels, in which he signed for 5 goals and 8 assists.

Schjelderup made the winning goal against Bayern Munich last week at the World Cup for clubs. PSV needs two new offside players this summer, because in addition to Noa long, Johan Bakayoko is also nominated to be sold. Bakayoko even has to be sold because his contract expires after this season and then evaporates around 20 million euros in transfer value.

Earlier, Loum Tchaouna (Lazio) was in the picture as a possible flank reinforcement, but it is about to sign for the English Burnley. The 21-year-old Sondre Orjasaeter of the Norwegian Sarpsborg is also linked to the people of Eindhoven, while Ruben van Bommel (AZ) is also high on the list of candidates. Given the refusal attitude of AZ to participate in a transfer to a Dutch top three -club and the fact that Bologna has already made an offer of 15 million euros on Van Bommel, that interest seems to have little chance of success in advance.
