The French newspaper Le Parisien Thursday even reported an agreement on a new contract between the striker and the champion of France. But that is untrue, reports the Fayza Lamari, Mbappé’s mother, on Twitter† “Mbappe has no agreement with Paris Saint-Germain. And not with any other club. He will consider his decision in silence in the coming time.”
Paris Saint-Germain took over the then 19-year-old Mbappé from AS Monaco in 2018 for an amount of 145 million euros. He has since played 214 games in the former, scoring 167 times and providing 84 assists.
