Four Belgian paratroopers were arrested during a winter internship in Norway because they punched and stamped on a young resident in the hospital during a night out. Blurry footage shows them kicking at a victim on the ground — even hitting his head. “That happens often here,” they say in Åndalsnes, in southwestern Norway. This is all we know so far.
