Train travelers in Drenthe were the most satisfied with Assen and Dalen stations last year, according to annual research by NS and ProRail. Both stations end up on the number 7.6. Within our province, Emmen Station with 6.6 records the leanest score.
The stations in Assen and Dalen are traditionally doing well in the satisfaction survey, in which more than 84,000 people participated.
Beilen was the previous fence in Drenthe with a 6.7 as a customer rating. For 2024, that baton was transferred to Emmen, which sank away and four tenths dropped compared to 2023. On the other hand, Beilen Station has risen to a wider sufficient: 7.1.
The smaller station of Emmen, Emmen-Zuid station, is striking in a positive way. The station scores a 7.4 and is thereby booking a slight progress compared to a year earlier (7.1).
On average, a train station in the Netherlands is appreciated with a 7.2, equal to the year before. With an 8.3 for the fifth year, Klimmen-Ransdaal is number one, although the station on the South Limburg hill country line scored an 8.7 the year before. The winner is narrowly followed by Overveen station. Of the large stations, Delft with report mark 7.9 is the most popular.
Insorn, do not come from Lage Zwaluwe (4.8), Den Helder Zuid (5.1) and Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel (5.3). Lage Zwaluwe, which still received a 4.6 in 2023, scores low “due to the remote location and lack of atmosphere”.
