A traffic quarrel on the Hoofdlaan in Assen got out of hand this afternoon. Disagreement between two drivers resulted in an assault of one by the other.
The suspect got out of a small, gray car and then assaulted the victim. The incident took place around 12:30 p.m.
The police are looking for the abuser and are calling on witnesses to come forward.
