A truck ended up next to the road on the A28 between Beilen and Hoogeveen this morning. This has created a traffic jam near Ruinen in a southerly direction.
The right lane is temporarily closed. The delay has now increased to about fifteen minutes, the ANWB reports.
It is unknown how the truck left the road. It is also unclear whether the driver was injured.
