400,000 vehicles have already left Barcelona
Almost 400,000 vehicles have already left Barcelona until this noon in the August holiday departure operation, which represents 81% of the total of 475,000 that the Catalan Traffic Service (SCT) has planned for this weekend.
According to data from the Catalan Traffic Service, until 1:00 p.m. this Saturday, 385,572 vehicles have left Barcelona, which represents exactly 81.2% of the figure forecast for the entire weekend, estimated at 475,000 vehicles.
Until now, the most important vehicle retentions have been concentrated on the AP-7 motorway, between Castellbisbal and Castellví de Rosanes to the south, as well as on the same AP-7 motorway in Montornés to the north (5 kilometres), and in La Junquera with 9 kilometers on the AP-7 and 5 kilometers on the N-II heading north.
