Trade unions and Aviapartner management cannot reach an agreement after spontaneous strike, unions call for work to resume tomorrow

A spontaneous strike broke out this morning at Brussels Airport among Aviapartner’s baggage handlers. The action had an impact on 89 flights, Björn Vanden Eynde of the Christian trade union ACV-Transcom previously reported. The trade unions and the management of Aviapartner have not reached an agreement after negotiations. They will meet again on Wednesday. A number of teams are back to work this evening. The unions are committed to getting the staff back to work tomorrow, it sounds.
