Trabzonspor President Ertuğrul Doğan made a statement in the 210th issue of the club magazine. Describing the road map of the new structure in the team, Doğan stated that they are hopeful for new championships in the future in line with the sustainability target.

Stating that they have embarked on a new path with a new organization, Doğan said, “We cannot look at the future without hope. Our greatest hope is Trabzonspor. It has always been our guide and companion. In this journey that we started with a new organization, we must act according to our own realities to achieve our primary goals. The first is economic stability, “The second is a correct staff structure, and the third is a productive infrastructure,” he said.

Evaluating the strategy planned, followed and targeted in the squad structuring, Doğan said, “We had to find a way while the economic situation in Turkish football, especially in the big clubs, was evident and we were faced with a heavy pay table, accumulated over many years. Explaining that the mix of players was made consciously in the squad planning, Ertuğrul Doğan stated the following:
