Trabzonspor opened its doors to children whose houses were destroyed in 2 earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş, whose families were damaged or who needed shelter.
Acting with the coordination of Trabzon Governorship and AFAD to help earthquake victims, the burgundy blue club organized the football academy facilities to host earthquake survivors.
In a statement made by Trabzonspor, “With the coordination of the Trabzon Governorship and AFAD, we have prepared our Özkan Sümer Football Academy and Kadir Özcan Facilities to host our boys and girls aged 8-17, whose families were harmed in the earthquake disaster and who needed shelter. It caused great sadness in our country. We will host 30 boys between the ages of 8-17 at Özkan Sümer Football Academy and 10 girls at Kadir Özcan Facilities in order to heal the wounds of our children who were harmed in the earthquake disaster that hit us all. Once again, we wish God’s mercy, our condolences to the families, relatives and our nation of our citizens, and we wish a speedy recovery to our injured people.
