Tourist apartments in Spain increased by 9.2% in the last year

The tourist homes in Spain they increased by 9.2% in the last year, with a total of 340,424 apartments, according to data until last October published this Tuesday by the National Institute of Statistics (INE).

By autonomous communities, Andalusia leads the number of tourist apartments, with 79,065, followed by the Valencian Community and Catalonia, with 58,337 and 52,026 apartments, respectively. As for the places that represent this total of tourist homes, they reached the figure of 1,737,509 in October of this year, compared to 1,627,277 in the same month of 2022.
