Top favorite Michael van Gerwen is on course for his fourth title at the Darts World Championships in London.
The Dutchman, nicknamed “Mighty Mike”, won his quarter-finals against the Englishman Chris Dobey 5-0 and thus made it into the semi-finals.
There van Gerwen gets involved with the Belgian Dimitri van den Bergh. The three-time champion is the best player in the tournament so far.
None of his four victories were in danger. Opponent van den Bergh defeated Welshman Jonny Clayton 5:3 on Sunday afternoon. A title would see van Gerwen return to the top of the world rankings.
