Around 2,000 Belgians are already driving around with an alcohol lock. If the judge will soon be the Verdict Velt, Tom Waes (56) may be the next in line after his drunk accident. But how exactly does ‘the electronic ankle band of the car’ work? And is such a lock easy to circumvent?
