On May 15, Tom Cruise commented on the project for the first time in the “Today Show Australia” and confirmed: “Top Gun 3” will come – but is still in an early development phase. “Yes, we think about many different stories and talk about what we could do and what is possible,” said the 62-year-old.
“It took 35 years to get great gun: Maverick, so all of these things we work – we talk about Days of Thunder and Top Gun: Maverick,” said Cruise.
