The Kremlin did not set any conditions for the authorities of Kazakhstan when the CSTO troops entered the country amid unrest, declared President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in an interview with the Khabar 24 channel.

“Naturally, there were no conversations with Vladimir Putin about what we would later, they say, pay off. And there were no preconditions from the Kremlin either,” Tokayev said.
