To prevent sanctions scams: South Korean crypto exchanges block IP addresses from Russia

After Russia was banned from SWIFT for its attack on Ukraine, there are fears that the country may switch to cryptocurrencies to continue doing financial business despite the sanctions. In South Korea, several crypto exchanges have now put a stop to this.
