Led by top scorer Harmjan Moesker, Titan has won promotion to the Third Division three games before the end. There was a big win against middle-class Wijster, so that the party broke out after the final whistle.
It still surprisingly fell behind, but top scorer Moesker turned that deficit into a lead. He scored twice, bringing his goal total to 35 goals in this competition.
The victory was completely secured in the second half by Jos Smit, who took care of Titan’s third: 1-3. The party was completed when Rick Hendriks scored for the 1-4 seven minutes later, making it clear that the team was going to promote today.
