Tina Nijkamp is still in an orange daze after selling out her Today Inside hot dogs. Now, the morning aftershe is quite shocked by the viewing figures of King’s Day. “How nice!”
King’s Day was very lucrative for TV authority Tina Nijkamp. She stood all day in the Beethovenstraat, right opposite the Etos, to sell hot dogs, mainly to Today Inside fans. If she sold out everything, a total of 600 pieces would be sold for 2.50 euros each. The turnover? About 1,500 euros. Not wrong.
Revenue model
It was fantastic, says Tina. “What a nice day!!! And so many VI fans at the hot dog stall!!! Super!!
Son is so happy too, a lot of turnover and so another penny for the piano he is saving for!”, she writes. Instagram.
Johan Derksen jokingly at the table Today Inside: “We won’t see that again here. It has a revenue model now.”
Wilfred Genee: “She said that a lot of VI fans came by, but also from Marcel van Rosmalen, where she also sits.”
Popularity
Table guest Valentijn Driessen thinks Tina will love this. “He likes all that too, doesn’t he, that popularity?”
Wilfred: “He likes it very much, yes. He does enjoy it.”
Johan: “Tina is a bit happier than you.”
Valentine: “Yes, Tina is great.”
Wilfred: “How do you feel about being famous?”
Valentine: “I have to be honest: I am almost never spoken to.”
Back on track
Another popular person is King Willem-Alexander. Together with his family, he kept droves of viewers glued to the TV yesterday. The report of the royal family’s visit to Dokkum was a great ratings success. “Wow!!!! The fact that the royal family is becoming more popular again is also reflected in the viewing figures!!!!”, says Tina.
“Despite the beautiful weather, 1.897 million viewers for the visit to Dokkum!!! That is more than a million viewers higher than last year’s visit to Doetinchem (872 thousand). That was also the funeral of the Pope (360 thousand). But still!!!! What a big difference!!! Willem-Alexander and Maxima are back on track!”
