The TV channel Sky showed footage of the arrival of the 26-year-old from Chelsea in a black limousine with a club number plate at a luxury hotel in Leipzig on Monday evening. According to the picture, Werner had previously landed in a private jet from Red Bull boss Dietrich Mateschitz in the trade fair city.
