Known from the band Portion Boys Tiina Forsby had surgery today, Tuesday.
During the year, Forsby, who injured himself several times during the band’s concerts, had an operation on his leg in Turku. It recently dawned on him that healing the tendon injury in his leg without surgery seemed impossible.
Forsby updated the news on his Instagram account after the operation on Tuesday evening from the trip home.
– Now already on the way home, a bit hunched over and heavily medicated. I’ll get back to it when I’m in better shape again, Forsby wrote.
He profusely thanked the one who cut him Lasse Lempais.
– No words are enough to tell how important work you do and how grateful I am that thanks to you I can one day still do my job to the fullest, Forsby beamed.
In addition, Forsby is pleased to praise the entire staff involved in his care.
– You took really good care of me from start to finish. I felt safe.

Forsby previously stated that the operation will “re-anchor” his tendon.
– As a result, I spend Christmas and actually the whole of January at home recovering. Next spring will also be spent on rehabilitation, he said at the time in his Instagram post.
Behind him is a year of great luck. The performer known as JaloTiina injured herself at a summer gig, when her hamstring muscle was torn while slipping. Later in the fall, he injured himself again and he said that the previous injury has “haunted” him throughout the fall.
