Tickets for the Champions League final: Inter, how to buy them

The fog surrounding tickets for the Champions League final in Istanbul is slowly clearing, with Inter having today informed their fans about how access to ticket sales works, which will be managed directly on the UEFA website. Those interested, however, will have to apply on the official website of the Nerazzurri club from today at 5pm until 8am on Wednesday 24 May. However, this first step will not be able to be accomplished by everyone, because the possibility will be limited to around 87,000 fans: that is, Giuseppe Meazza season ticket holders in the current season and Inter Club members for at least three years.

There will be around 20,000 seats reserved for Nerazzurri supporters at Ataturk in Istanbul and those who register will be given a code by e-mail to purchase tickets when the sale opens. It will be possible to opt for the ticket only or for packages (in limited numbers) including charter flight and/or transfer between the stadium and the airport: the choice must be indicated by Wednesday. In the probable case in which requests are more than 20,000, however, the chronological order of registration will not count, but the “loyalty” to Inter: priority will go to those who have been season ticket holders or members for the longest time. Therefore, the request does not automatically correspond to the possibility of buying a ticket for Manchester City-Inter.
