Nas and the Wu-Tang Clan will go on a world tour together in 2023. The “NY State of Mind Tour” is the continuation of a concert series of the same name that took place exclusively in the USA in 2022. Between May 9th and October 22nd, 2023, the hip-hop icons will play a total of 32 shows in New Zealand, Australia, Europe and North America. On June 5th they will come to Germany for an appointment – to the Parkbühne Wuhlheide in Berlin. They can also be seen in seven other European cities between June 2nd and 13th. The after movie for the first half of the tour provides an introduction.
Advance ticket sales will start on March 3, 2023. However, there are staggered presales (March 1 and March 2).
The third record of the “King’s Disease” series launched by Nas in 2020 was released in November 2022. “King’s Disease III” is his 16th studio album. The Wu-Tang Clan released their last album with new material in 2015. However, “Once Upon a Time in Shaolin” was limited to an edition of one piece. The group’s most recent generally available full-length is their 2014 release A Better Tomorrow.
