All three football teams missed the playoffs. The Dolphins parted ways with Brian Flores after three seasons and despite the fact that the team had won seven of their last eight games of the season. Matt Nagy was with the Chicago Bears for four years and made two playoffs during that time. Mike Zimmer had to leave the Vikings after eight years.
