Three Dutch soldiers were injured in a shooting in the American city of Indianapolis in the night from Friday to Saturday. That reports the Ministry of Defense Saturday afternoon. One of the victims is in critical condition.
The other two injured are “aware and approachable”, the ministry said. All three belong to the Commando Corps and are in the US state of Indiana for military exercises. They were shot in front of the entrance of their hotel in their spare time. They were found there around 03:30 am local time, American media write.
The motive for the shooting is not yet known. No suspects have been arrested yet. The families of the wounded soldiers have been informed by the Ministry of Defense.
