Via Instagram Stories, on .’s account GTST, let them know that her time on the soap is over. “Well guys, that was it then. Abby’s last scene. Very crazy,” said Jada.
So many fun moments
She continues: “I am going to miss it very much. I have met so many nice, lovely people and experienced so many nice moments. While filming and in the corridors. The nice conversations and jokes. The nice working atmosphere. I’m going to miss it terribly. But despite that, I’m looking forward to the future.”
It was a guest role
When Jada made her appearance in the soap, it was already clear that it would not be a regular role, but a guest role. So Jada already knew she couldn’t stay in the soap for long.
An American dream
Still, it’s a nice stepping stone to an acting career. Jada has big ambitions. In LINDA.girls she told me that she would like to break through in America. She already sees herself starring in an American film: “I would like to play someone who is crazy or vulnerable, for example an insecure girl who is being bullied. The characters I’ve played so far are often confident or very cute.”
Can’t choose between singing and acting
But she also wants to continue singing and releasing new songs. On BNdestem she told me that she prefers not to choose between singing and acting: “I really like acting because you can play a completely different person than you are yourself. And the nice thing about singing is that you can express your feelings in it. I can’t choose what I like more.”
