The winner of Finland’s most beautiful home was decided tonight on MTV3.

The most beautiful home in Finland model year 2025 is now known.
The winner was the viewers’ pre-favourite: a log house located in Pudasjärvi Rytingi in North Ostrobothnia. It was chosen as the last and perhaps the most special home of the entire season. The special feature of the house built in 1805 is that there is no running water inside. Washing takes place in the outdoor sauna.
– This kind of lifestyle requires effort and can radiate peace and meaning throughout life. It’s not for everyone, judge, architect Pekka Pakkanen rated on TV when the episode aired.

From the judges, Rytinki did not get the best scores of the entire show season, so a top ten, but a top score nonetheless.
The owners were not upset by the three points short of full points. Despite this, the belief in victory was strong.
– I would have been disappointed if we hadn’t won, Arja Äikäs confessed in the last episode.
He is on the pulse of the times and aware that many things are his and Seppo Äikäksen right at home. It’s not light and not too black and white – and it’s not located in the south. According to Arja, there is a market niche for their home.
– This is made in the north and with sweat. And then there’s this history. I am satisfied that it was Etiäinen and this happened, Arja thanked in the program.

Seppo, on the other hand, was happy about the positive publicity the home received. For him, that is already a value in itself today.
