Sima belongs to Finnish May Day. Tuuli Lindgren
The jury, made up of Iltalehti journalists, estimates nine simpers sold in stores as a blind. Iltalehti’s jury was charmed by Hommänäs Kotisima, who scored the highest points from a four -person tasting group. We asked readers what the shop they prefer on May Day.
Readers’ responses emphasized, among other things, the home of Ylä-Porkkala farm, which was praised so good that he no longer wants to taste the other after tasting it.
-Home of the Upper Porkkala farm. These others will pale alongside it, comments a reader.
-Home of the Upper Porkkala farm. Bought for years whenever available. Good taste of the homeland, raisins, yeast, and acid well. At least in the Jyväskylä area, you can get S-stores, especially Prisms, writes the nickname Zaorex.
Markku, on the other hand, commented that Sima of Ylä-Porkkala’s farm is more authentic.
– Made in the only way and in the right way, following tradition, without any essence. In its ingredients and methods, the right simply must follow the traditional methods and ingredients, and that is what you notice in the taste. Once you have tasted that, you do not fall into these mixed mixes in the shops. It is amazed that it can be sold in the whole world, as it has been lost far from making the original drink.
Several readers also highlighted Hyvämäki’s homeland.
– Hyvämäki’s home is unmatched alongside the others. Too bad you couldn’t get to the jury. I recommend, write a nickname Ansu.
– Hyvämäki’s home. There are raisins. I thought it was a homemade when I was able to taste, writes the nickname Hati.
The Simas of Kaskin also received several praise from the readers.
– Kaskainen’s festival tastes from dad to the son. Good taste of the traditional Sima, writes the nickname May Dayhela68.
Ellumummi, on the other hand, writes that he favors Kasi’s organic land.
– Once bought and found! I will buy this year if I just find it in the store when I don’t remember where I last bought. Have fun!
Fazer Amica’s Sima was also praised.
– Fazer Amican’s Sima has always been the best, the nickname VT comments.
Several praise was also collected by Coop’s Sima, where readers were particularly pleased with the price-quality ratio.
-Hylla Coop-Sima is good, especially when you also look at the price that is really moderate, writes Markku.
– Cop has unexpectedly overcome the Porvoo Fabriikki Siman I had previously favored. Coop tastes like the whole family. I don’t understand it in the last place! Comment on the nickname sims.
