Finland’s place in the five-a-side final is considered strong.

Pete Parkkonen and Linda Lampenius represent the 17th in Saturday’s five-man final. PDO

The performance order of the Eurovision final was decided late on the night between Thursday and Friday, when the second semi-final had been completed.

Finland’s Pete Parkkonen and Linda Lampenius will perform on Saturday the 17th. Viusuje’s pre-favorites also suggest that Parkkonen and Lampenius, who were held on their shoulders, will perform at the same place as Lordi 20 years ago.

So far, Finland’s only win has come from that particular venue. In general, the latter half of the final has been considered the better place to perform.

On the other hand, Windows95man and Henri Piispanen also represented a couple of years ago at the 17th venue. At that time, they came in 19th place in the finals.

Viusu fans consider Finland’s performance venue strong. For example BBC Bitesize said the statistician Liam Brierley from the research carried out, according to which the order of appearance and especially appearing in the latter half can have a positive effect on the final ranking.

According to Brieley, appearing in the last quarter of the final would be the most favorable of all. The next best option would be the second quarter of the evening.

The lord went wild in the wise village. Lordi also won five times from the 17th performance place. Inka Soveri

Also on social media, Vius fans consider Finland’s performance venue good, some even prefer it as a pre-favorite.

In fact, Finland won the producer’s choice card in the draw, which means that Finland’s performance location was chosen by the production company Österreichischer Rundfunk (ORF). The producer’s choice option was introduced in 2024 in Malmö visas.

– The order of appearance in the final says it all. Ebu makes his intentions clear. Denmark, Greece and Israel are clearly ranked lower in the order of appearance. Finland and Romania seem to be strong favourites, in addition, maybe France and Australia will benefit from this, one assesses on the messaging service X.

The final night will be opened by Denmark Søren Torpegaard Lund with a song Før Vi Går Hjem.

– It says something that Denmark didn’t get as good places as expected. Great for Greece, Bulgaria, Finland, Czech Republic and Romania. Australia in eighth is unbelievable, I thought they could win. Great Britain was wrong. The producers chose chaos, says one.

– Finland and Italy are the biggest winners in this order of appearance. Why? Because Poland, Lithuania, Sweden and Cyprus placed between them make it seem like the producers have decided to create musical hell.

– The biggest winners in the order of appearance are Bulgaria, Finland and Romania, it is also written that way on Instagram.

– They are trying to spoil Finland’s victory, one writes.
