The transfer window is closed, Hertha manager Fredi Bobic (50) brought four newcomers with Fredrik Björkan (22), Marc Oliver Kempf (27), Dongjun Lee (25) and Kelian Nsona (19).

… his transfers: “We did exactly what we set out to do. Now we have a clean squad with good chemistry and balance.”
… left-back Björkan: “He brings speed, plays boldly forward, is an asset. You saw that against Bayern.”
… defender Kempf: “He was captain in Stuttgart, he’s someone who works from now on afterwards. He comes from the duels, from the will. He will help us directly.”
… Whirlwind Lee: “We recently took it apart completely, got all sorts of information, and are thrilled. He has an enormous pace, has the urge to go deep and is looking for a finish. When he signed his contract and saw the Olympic Stadium, his eyes lit up with excitement. He can hardly wait and is really looking forward to his premiere.”

… right winger Nsona: “He’s been in rehab since his cruciate ligament tear in July last year. It is an anticipation of summer and will be set up here soon. Maybe it will even be something with him this season. He’s a huge talent, big and fast.”
