Andrew John Leonard Fletcher, nicknamed “Fletch”, was a keyboardist and founding member of Depeche Mode. He was part of the synth pop formation for over 40 years. He succumbed to an aortic dissection at the age of 60, leaving behind his wife, Grainne Fletcher, and two children, Megan and Joe.
