Presenter-actress Janne Kataja speaks in the new Juniper & citizens -Podcast about the bankruptcy of his company. In the podcast, listeners are allowed to choose the topics that are discussed. The listener who calls Kataja asks Kataja for his thoughts after the bankruptcy of his company.
Founded by Katajan and Aku Hirviniemi, Hihhihhii Oy filed a voluntary bankruptcy in April 2024.
– When the bankruptcy became realized, I thought I would never become an entrepreneur or shareholder for any kind of business, Kataja opens in the podcast.
Juniper says that with the bankruptcy, he also had some bitterness.
“It became the feeling that all the life work you had done for the company goes instantly and is not,” says Kataja.
However, the juniper immediately states that the situation is not really this. For example, many TV series and films produced by the company will, according to him, live. He also thinks that business has provided experience in being a merchant and the ability to make decisions.
Kataja also states that, despite the bankruptcy, he has been able to do his own work as an actor and presenter.
“I still had a happy position compared to many other people at the moment,” Kataja says and sends the champions to those who are bankrupt.
However, bankruptcy has had its own effects on, for example, Kataja’s health. Juniper estimates that his cortisol levels have “exploded”, even though he has not taken the measurements. He states that he lost his loss after bankruptcy during fasting, but after that the mass accumulated.
“I think it’s because the stress level has been high,” says Kataja.
After bankruptcy, Juniper opened his thoughts on his Instagram.

– Sometimes there are quite low days and sometimes there are less low -end days. Always those days when there are work and can be there, they are always nice days, Kataja said
