Dessert is really easy to make. It only takes time to freeze the sorbet.
Italian-style chocolate sorbet
(for 6 people)
5 dl of water
2.5 dl cane sugar
2 dl cocoa powder
2 dl of coffee
50 g milk chocolate bars, e.g. Fazer’s Sininen
1. Heat water in a pot. Add sugar and cocoa powder. Let it boil for 15-20 minutes.
2. Add chocolate and coffee. Cool down.
3. Freeze and stir three to four times during freezing.
