Jumping on someone else’s trampoline… We talked to the neighbors of the scout camp in La-Roche-en-Ardenne, and asked them why the young people had to leave Wilrijk. They were proved right by the mayor, but not by the Council of State, which ruled that the decision was not in accordance with the facts. “They throw a party here every night – with good music – but I have to work the next day.”
