Orange salmon brings spring to the plate.

Orange and parsley flavor the salmon. Eeva Paljakka

Baked salmon is a very easy dish. All you need is a baking dish, a salmon fillet and spices.

This time, the salmon is seasoned with salt, parsley and garlic – and an orange. Orange is best suited to shine next to the spring sun. Its acid gives the salmon a good flavor.

A good tip is that you can season the salmon in advance and leave it in the fridge while waiting for the oven.

It is also important to remember not to overcook the salmon, so that it does not dry out.

Orange salmon

700 g of skinned salmon

1 orange

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon of dried garlic

1. Set the oven temperature to 175 degrees.

2. Remove the skin from the salmon and put it on an oven-proof baking sheet. Sprinkle the spices on top.

3. Cook for about 25 minutes. Be careful not to let the salmon dry out.
