Dutch customs have seized fourteen luxury yachts, Minister Wopke Hoekstra (Foreign Affairs) reported in a letter to the House of Representatives on Wednesday. Thirteen of them are certainly Russian owners. One yacht was unlicensed, but probably not Russian or Belarusian.
