The resident was unable to provide the animals sufficient care, the police reported on Instagram. There was a strong ammonia air in the home, due to the un tunned stools and urine of the cats.

The cats appeared to be family of each other through inbreeding. As a result, a number of them had a growth retardation and growths in their backs and legs. In consultation with the inspection service, the owner has renounced all cats.

The resident receives support from aid agencies to keep the home clean. If the resident is once again violating with new animals, there will be criminal action, the police said.
